You have the right to return all products you have bought from www.monkeysox.org for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Returns Process: 

1: Email team@monkeysox.org to confirm your order number and which items you would like to return and if you would like a refund or a replacement pair. 

2: Send confirmed items to our returns address below (please include your name and order number).

3: Once returns are received, a return will be issued or replacement pair sent to you.

Please Note: 

We will only issue a full refund or exchange if items are returned in their original condition, original packaging, unworn and with proof of purchase.

When you return items for refund or exchange you must cover the shipping charges. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, excluding the original delivery charges.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
