Returns & Exchanges
We’re pretty sure you’ll love your Monkey Sox as much as we do - but if you change your mind, we’re here to help! Simply email us at support@monkeysox.org and you'll hear back from one of our team members (real humans!) within 48 working hours. Please note that our returns window is 30 days from delivery.
Information to include in your Email:
- Your order number
- A photo of the items you would like to return
- Your choice or refund or exchange.
- If exchanging, please let us know which size or pair you have in mind and we can help reserve you a pair.
- Please ensure socks are returned in their original condition, original packaging, unworn (no cheesy feet or dog hairs please!) and with proof of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns where socks have been tried on, unless there is a quality issue.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of Monkey Sox, made in small batches in Portugal since the very start. We trust them for miles and miles and many customers (including us!) are still wearing our first pairs. With this durability in mind, every pair comes with a one year warranty.
This said, if you’re not satisfied with the quality of your purchase for any reason, send us a photo of your socks at support@monkeysox.org and we’ll advise on the next steps.
