Monkey Sox was founded in 2018 by husband + wife duo, James & Lianne. James is a GP & triathlete; Lianne is a menswear designer & runner.
What started as a fundraiser for the MS Society with 100 pairs of socks is now a staple for 1,000s of runners, cyclists and athletes of all kinds.
Every pair of Monkey Sox are Never Matched. The design is different from left to right to represent the imbalances commonly caused by MS. Lianne designs our socks from our workspace in South West London.
Our socks are all batch-made in Portugal. Our factories never outsource; no shortcuts. We use recyclable yarns where possible and make in small batches to ensure less waste. Breathable mesh, seamless toebox and ribbed arch, they are crafted to take you the distance.
50% of profits are donated between 3 MS Charities to help fund research, care and lifestyle support. To date, we have donated £44,287 thanks to your support, and we're only getting started.
